अवैध प्लाटिंग पर लिया कमलेश का नाम

  वर्ष 2019 से ग्राम हम्मीपुर, जिला दतिया में स्थित सर्वे नं. 114, 115, 132, 267, 269/2, 266/1 दतिया-झॉसी वायपास रोड, रतनरॉयल के पीछे भूमि स्थित है। यह भूमि वर्तमान में विवादित है एवं भूमाफिया जितेन्द्र अहिरवार के द्वारा कब्जा किया जा रहा है पर भू-स्वामी हर प्रकार से अपनी भूमि को सुरक्षित रखने पर काबिज हो रहे है।

भू-माफिया जितेन्द्र अहिरवार ने दिनेश प्रजापति जो भू-माफिया के लिए कार्य करता है उसे अपने सहखातेदार की जमीन पर प्लाटिंग करा दी जो अवैध है। क्योंकि वह भूमि पैतिृक होने के कारण उसका बटवारा नहीं हुआ और इसका फायदा भू-माफिया जितेन्द्र अहिरवार ने एवं दिनेश प्रजापति ने अपने किया उन्होेंने अवैध एवं विना सहखातेदार के बिना हस्ताक्षर के प्लाटिंग कर दी जो कानूनी रूप से अवैध है। 

भू-माफिया के अवैध प्लाटिंग होने के बाद भू-स्वामी अपनी जमीन बचाने के लिए प्रयास रत है जिससे प्लाटिंग के निर्माण कार्य को राका जाना सही कार्य है इस लिए निर्माण कार्य को रोने के लिए जब मौके पर भू-स्वामी पहुचे ते देखा कि 18.04.2021 को पुनः दिनेश प्रजापति एवं सोना प्रजापति की दबंगाई से अवैध रूप से बोरवैल का कार्य किया गया। यहॉ तक कि प्रशासन के द्वारा स्थगन आदेश दिया गया उसके बाद भी कार्य किया जा रहा है।

जिसकी सूचना लगते ही हमारे परिवार जन मौके पर पहुचें जहॉ पर तत्काल 100 डायल कर पुलिस को सूचना दी जिससे कार्य को रूकवाया गया।

परंतु इस बार एक नया नाम सामने आया भू-माफिया जिसका नाम जितेन्द्र अहिरवार का था आज एक नया नाम सामने आया जिसमें अवैध रूप से प्लाटिंग कराई गई कमलेश प्रजापति का नाम सामने आया और महिला ने यहा सामने से कहा कि कमलेश से बात कारो उसने हमे जमीन दिलवाई है।
